Terms of service
These terms apply to WhereUsed, an app for monday.com published by Dripwork, the trading name of Aqib Ilyas, a sole trader established in Finland (Business ID 3519918-7) ("WhereUsed", "we", "us"). By installing or using WhereUsed you agree to them. If you use WhereUsed for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
1. What WhereUsed does
WhereUsed reads the structure of the monday.com boards you can open (boards, columns and column settings) and shows which columns depend on which. It uses one monday.com permission, read boards. It never reads items or their values, and it never creates, changes or deletes anything in your account.
2. What WhereUsed does not do
WhereUsed never tells you that a change is safe. Its reports show what a scan found, at the time of the scan, in the boards the connected person can open, as returned by monday.com. A board you cannot open, a change made after the scan, or a kind of dependency WhereUsed does not detect may not appear. "None found" means nothing was found, not that nothing exists. You remain responsible for the changes you make in monday.com.
3. Your use
- You must have a monday.com account and follow monday.com's own terms.
- Do not try to access data belonging to another account or user, interfere with the service, overload it, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
- Each person connects WhereUsed with their own monday.com access, and is responsible for that connection.
4. Plans and billing
WhereUsed is a paid app, currently $1 per seat per month after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions, payments, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by monday.com under its marketplace terms. We may change prices for future billing periods; monday.com's pricing and plan rules govern when a change applies to an existing subscription. If a trial or subscription ends, WhereUsed stops showing reports and scanning until the account subscribes.
5. Your content
Your boards, columns and their names belong to you or your organisation. You allow us to process them only to provide WhereUsed, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Contacting you
WhereUsed does not collect your email address and does not send marketing. We contact you only to reply to a message you send us. Notices about changes to WhereUsed or these terms appear on this site and in the app's marketplace listing.
7. Changes to the service
We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue WhereUsed, we will give reasonable notice through the app's listing and this site, and billing is handled by monday.com.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, WhereUsed is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or completeness of its reports, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from WhereUsed or from changes you make relying on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for WhereUsed in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using WhereUsed at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms. When WhereUsed is uninstalled, its data for the account is deleted as the privacy policy describes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
